Our Story
One hour of karate that changed everything.
On March 19, 2020, Martin put an hour of karate lessons online — one hour of JKA Kihon. It began with the words: "We can do something."
The next morning Nadja called from New York — then Marketing Director USA in her industry, a long-time friend. Her words: "That was great, let's make something out of it." So Sales (Martin) and Marketing (Nadja) became one.
In total, we have streamed worldwide for over six hundred days, every evening, with a different instructor. Always one hour. Today the community counts 60,900 members in over 110 countries — and it continues to grow.

We particularly welcome applications from women — our goal is 50/50 in the instructor team. At least 3rd Dan recommended; exceptions for particularly qualified instructors are welcome.
